Hi. I’m Heather and I’m a fully qualified and Registered Homeopath and GAPS practitioner with private clinics in north Wales, UK and globally online since 2001.

Although my speciality is digestive health, people of all ages attend my clinic for pretty much any health condition. If you read my GAPS page, you’ll get an understanding of why optimum gut health is so important for health on every level. My education in homeopathy began in the 1980’s and continues to this day. I consider myself lucky to still feel passionate about my work. 

Homeopathy treats you as a unique individual. The diagnosis / disease label you’ve been given is important too but the main focus of a homeopath is to get to know you and the unique characteristics of your particular symptoms and situation. This is why the initial appointment lasts 90 minutes and subsequent appointments are 45 – 60 mins. After the appointment, we take time to analyse your case and select the homeopathic medicine/s (aka ‘remedies’) that best suit you as an individual at that particular time. This analysis time is important because we are treating the whole person and homeopaths have access to a pharmacy of thousands of remedies.

As well as homeopathy, I utilise the principles of the GAPS gut healing protocol and, when appropriate I can coach you in implementing the full GAPS protocol.
